If
you are interested in my doula services, I offer a discount to my
students. The total fee for my doula services is $500 ($600 for
non-students).
This
fee includes:
- One to two
prenatal visits where we will get to know each other and discuss,
in detail, how I can help you and your partner throughout your
labor, birth and immediate postpartum experience.
- Continuous
support throughout your labor.
- Immediate
postpartum support for approximately two hours after delivery
and help with initiating breastfeeding.
- One postpartum
follow-up visit, (usually within the first two weeks after your
birth) in your home, to discuss your experience and any issues
you may be having.
- Unlimited
phone consultations.
- A written
account of your birth.
- Photos, if
desired and when possible. (I actually have a great interest in
birth photography and have taken all of the photos on this web
site, unless otherwise indicated. I am usually able to provide
my clients with several dozen to a few hundred photos of their
labor, birth and new baby on CD. It is a lovely way to capture
the joy and emotion of the experience. I never share the photos
I take with anyone or use them without permission from the couple).
