My husband Michael and I have been married since 1996. We have three children – Jonah (age 12), Sadie (age 8) and Violet (age 4). When I was pregnant with my son, Michael and I took Bradley Method® classes to prepare for a natural childbirth. It was exactly what we were looking for. After I gave birth to my first daughter three years later, I began to think about becoming a childbirth educator. I started teaching Bradley® in November of 2003 and loved the experience and the wonderful couples I had the pleasure of teaching! In 2010, I decided
to develop my own natural childbirth curriculum called BELIEVE
IN BIRTH and later that year, I became certified
with Lamaze International. I am very excited to be able to offer
this comprehensive and original class. My many years as a Bradley®
instructor and birth doula have given me great insight and experience
in teaching natural childbirth. I am very excited to be doing something that I am so passionate about and truly believe in. It is extremely rewarding to be a part of the miracle of bringing a new life into the world and to help other couples achieve a safe and joyful birth! I would love to help you have the safest and most rewarding birth experience possible and teach you to BELIEVE IN BIRTH. Besides being a SAHM, childbirth educator and doula, I am also the owner of nzaPhotography – specializing in pregnancy, birth, newborn and family photography. My experience and passion for all things birth and baby related gives me a unique perspective in my photography.
